Empowered to Shine: Meghana’s Journey

Meghana has faced significant adversity. Her father left the family two years ago, and she now lives with her mother, who works as a cook to support them. Despite these challenges, Meghana excelled academically, achieving a remarkable 90% in 8th grade at Quincy School.

As she entered 9th grade, the ₹17,360 school fees became a substantial financial burden for her mother. Understanding their situation, SmartSoC Hope Foundation’s Project Vidya provided crucial fee assistance.

This support eased the financial strain on Meghana’s family and allowed her to focus on her education. Thanks to Project Vidya, Meghana continued to thrive academically, highlighting how targeted community support can significantly impact students’ lives and offer hope for a brighter future.
